Many of us on this self growth journey know how powerful self awareness can be or even the awareness that certain attributes or behavioral patterns we have came from our environment when we were children. Once we are aware of something, the first step into healing it would be Acceptance. And Acceptance can be more complex than it sounds when we try to actually put this into practice, with many of us missing integral parts which can lead us into thinking we are farther ahead in our healing than we actually are.
